Avenue Q star Simon Lipkin’s next project is the musical Austentatious, which comes fresh from a sell-out run in New York and is described as a love letter to theatre. According to Simon “It's the story of a less than average group of actors putting on a production of Pride and Prejudice and climaxes with a tap-off between the two bitchy leading ladies.” What’s more they'll be attempting to recreate the infamous Colin Firth wet shirt scene from the BBC adaptation. The images below show Simon having a go, but it'll be smouldering Richard Meek getting damp in the production and we've been promised some steamy photos to get our pulses racing! Do you remember Travis Fimmel? The cutie plays rookie FBI agent Ellis Dove, let’s hope we get to see lots of his mighty beast!
